• Deliver hires shaping Snowflake's technical leadership bench (Director+, Principal &
• Lead a small team of executive recruiters and researchers (player/coach)
• Develop proactive talent strategies with long-term relationships with world-class leaders
• Transform recruitment into a market intelligence function; advise executive hiring managers
• Partner with VPs/SVPs to define leadership talent needs and influence decisions
• Build AI-augmented recruiting workflows using Cortex AI and agentic automation

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in recruiting with technical executive search depth
• 3+ years leading a recruiting team; high-performing recruiters
• Deep fluency in technical leadership markets (AI/ML, infrastructure, data, platform)
• Proactive sourcing strategies with measurable pipeline impact
• Strong executive presence; partner to VP/SVP hiring managers
• Experience using AI/tools to improve recruiting outcomes; bias toward action
