🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in technical program management, engineering, or related fields.
• 4-6 years of people management experience desirable.
• Visa sponsorship not available.
• Strong communicator with executive presence; influence without power.
• Working technical proficiency; SDLC, engineering standards, architectural risk management.
