📋 Description

  • Inform business leaders about AGS tech strategy and opportunities

🎯 Requirements

  • 10 years of technology management experience with global strategy
  • 5+ years advising senior leaders on recruitment/HR tech
  • Credibility with senior leaders in a matrix environment
  • Experience with ATS, VMS, CRM, RPA, video interviewing
  • Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Strong presentation skills; university degree preferred
