📋 Description

• Execute global total rewards strategy across compensation, benefits and equity.
• Lead global annual compensation reviews and 2027 Workday setup.
• Run virtual benefits roadshows; enhance life insurance and wellbeing.
• Manage global phantom stock program; refreshers and executive comms.
• Analyze and budget pension improvements for Switzerland, UK and US (2027).
• Prepare Compensation Committee materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in compensation, benefits and equity in tech scale-ups.
• Experience across Europe, APAC and the US.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Experience with equity/stock option programs.
• AI fluency and data-driven decision making.
