Engage senior stakeholders across business units
Shape AI-enabled customer-facing processes (support, success, sales)
Drive integration of acquisitions and modernization efforts
Define scope, milestones, and governance for projects

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in transformation, consulting, PM, or ops
Proven track record leading cross-functional programs
Experience in SaaS/payments environments preferred
Strong PM, financial modeling, change, and stakeholder skills
Ability to work with senior leadership and vendors
