📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end transformation workstreams and engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Shape how AI reshapes customer-facing work across support, success, and sales.
  • Own transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement.
  • Lead the transformation agenda for one or more business functions.
  • Partner with leaders to define future-state solutions and execution plans.
  • Design AI-enabled processes, automations, and operating models with teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in transformation, strategy/management consulting, PMO, or operations.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional programs in SaaS/payments environments.
  • Experience with private equity-backed companies is a plus.
  • Project management, financial modeling, change mgmt, stakeholder mgmt, and structured problem
