Senior Manager, Transformation

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end transformation workstreams with senior stakeholders across business integration
• Own transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of long-term
• Partner with leaders to identify opportunities, define future-state solutions, and translate
• Design and implement AI-enabled processes and operating models with internal/external teams.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and performance measures to guide decisions.
• Coordinate internal/external teams, manage risks, and report progress to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in transformation, strategy/management consulting, program management, or operations.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional programs in SaaS/payments environment.
• Experience in or with private equity-backed companies a plus.
• Core skills: project management, financial modeling, change management, stakeholder management
• Leadership: collaborative, able to engage senior and frontline teams alike.
