Lead end-to-end transformation workstreams across business integration, systems, and AI-enabled
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and report to Chief Transformation Officer.
Define scope, milestones, governance, and success measures for transformation projects.
Partner with leaders to identify opportunities and translate priorities into execution plans.
Oversee internal and external teams to ensure delivery of initiatives from design to results.
Shape how AI reshapes customer-facing work across support, success, and sales.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in transformation, strategy/management consulting, program management, or operations.
Proven track record leading cross-functional programs, ideally in SaaS/payments.
Experience with private equity-backed companies is a plus.
