Senior Manager, Transformation

📋 Description

• Own transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of long-term
• Lead the transformation agenda for one or more assigned business functions.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, define future-state solutions, and
• Recommend project design, priorities, resources, vendors, and implementation approaches to the
• Define project scope, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, success measures, and governance.
• Lead internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contracted teams while maintaining accountability

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in transformation, strategy/management consulting, program management, or
• A proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs, ideally in a SaaS and/or
• Experience working in or alongside private equity-backed companies is a plus.
