Senior Manager, Vendor Contracting & Partnerships

📋 Description

• Serve as WelbeHealth's enterprise subject matter expert in vendor contracting, advising functional
• Own the development, standardization, adoption, and continual refinement of contract templates
• Lead strategic sourcing and vendor selection for complex, high-impact needs, ensuring potential
• Lead complex and high-value negotiations, balancing commercial value, operational needs, risk
• Establish and maintain scalable contracting operating procedures, governance standards, and service
• Use portfolio, performance, risk, and spend insights to recommend priorities and improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, or contract management preferred; Chartered
• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in strategic vendor contracting, procurement
• Minimum of three (3) years of people leadership experience with demonstrated success building team
• Experience implementing and fostering adoption of contract management platforms (e.g., Jaggaer
• Executive-level communication and influence skills, with the ability to frame options, clarify
• Demonstrated experience using data-driven analysis to guide decisions, assess vendor performance
