Senior Manager, Vendor Management

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day oversight and coordination of vendors supporting the late-stage program, working
• Serve as a central coordination point across vendors and internal teams, helping clarify ownership
• Establish and maintain integrated program and vendor timelines, tracking milestones, critical-path
• Coordinate cross-functional and vendor meetings, including agendas, pre-reads, decisions, action
• Support the alliance management function by building effective working relationships, enabling
• Partner with Clinical Operations, Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, Regulatory, Safety

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, project management, or a related field; advanced
• 8+ years of experience in clinical operations, clinical project management, vendor management, or
• 3+ years of experience managing late-stage clinical studies, clinical vendors, or complex
• Experience coordinating vendors and cross-functional teams supporting late-stage clinical studies
• Demonstrated ability to manage integrated timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues
• Familiarity with clinical trial operations and the roles of common clinical service providers, such
