📋 Description

• Complete a structured handover of the area, shadowing the current Associate Director and
• Develop and lead the future-state strategy for visual inspection, assessing opportunities in
• Own the visual inspection input to LRPS, translating the long-range production plan into capacity
• Develop and implement visual inspection processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality
• Manage the visual inspection team, including hiring and evaluating employees.
• Meet with other departments to coordinate visual inspection schedules and ensure timely delivery of

🎯 Requirements

• Level 8/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an engineering or Science related field or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in management in a GMP function ideally in a visual inspection role.
• Strong knowledge of visual inspection materials and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
