Senior Manager, Walmart Supply Chain & Operations

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end Walmart supply chain ops for Dr. Squatch's $200M+ Walmart business.
• Lead forecasting & replenishment; partner on in-house order-to-cash.
• Build relationships with Walmart replenishment managers; surface supply constraints early.
• Collaborate with Walmart account team and cross-functional partners to scale the business.
• Demonstrate Walmart systems fluency and strong analytical instincts.
• Full-time role in Bentonville, AR; proximity to Walmart's home office required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related; MBA a plus.
• 7+ years in CPG supply chain, retail ops, or O2C with Walmart account experience.
• Deep fluency in Walmart systems: NOVA, Scintilla, Retail Link, Item 360, OTIF/SQEP, High Radius, EDI/VAN.
• Strong financial acumen; comfortable with deductions, markdowns, and cash flow visibility.
• Highly analytical; diagnose root causes and translate data into action.
• Bentonville-based or relocate; able to partner with Sales, Finance, Ops, and Walmart.
