Senior Manager - Warehouse, Inventory Logistics and Planning (WILP)

📋 Description

• Define and own the Supply Chain & Logistics strategy.
• Build operating model, governance, KPIs for WILP.
• Lead and develop WILP managers; drive learning culture.
• Support WILP teams across regional sites and set OKRs.
• Schedule make-to-order / assemble-to-order / configure-to-order flows.
• Act as deputy for Global Head of Supply Chain & Logistics when required.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics & Planning.
• Experience scaling direct WILP functions across regions.
• Degree in Business, Intl SCM & Procurement or Engineering.
• CIPS MCIPS Level 5 or APICS CPIM desirable.
• ERP (SAP S4HANA), WMS, TMS; analytics tools such as Power BI.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management; cross-functional in fast-paced environment.
