Senior Manager, WASH Services (Asia Regional Focus)

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a regional strategy aligned with CAWST's organizational vision and strategic
• Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to the Asia WASH Services team.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of WASH training, consulting
• Strategically lead CAWST's engagement with current Training Partners.
• Represent CAWST in regional networks, sector forums, and strategic partnerships.
• Champion the collection and use of data to measure reach, effectiveness, and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in engineering, sciences, public health or other relevant discipline.
• 10+ years of experience implementing Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene programs, with experience
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• Canadian Professional Engineering designation is an asset.
• Fluency or proficiency in French, Spanish, Arabic or any local languages in the region is an asset.
• Strategic, results-oriented leader.
