Senior Manager, Web Strategy & Experience

📋 Description

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance of the organization's four web domains, ensuring
• Lead conversion rate optimization across landing pages, website flows, and key conversion paths
• Develop and execute organic growth strategies covering technical SEO, on-page optimization
• Partner with Product Marketing and Content teams to ensure web messaging, content, and experiences
• Continuously improve information architecture, navigation, site structure, and user journeys to
• Manage a multi-brand web ecosystem, maintaining distinct brand experiences while establishing

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in web strategy, growth, digital experience, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience owning a website or web program end-to-end, from strategic planning and
• Proven success improving conversion rates through experimentation, optimization, analytics, and
• Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, with familiarity with emerging AI-powered search, AEO, and
• Strong understanding of web content, messaging, information architecture, UX, and customer journey
• Experience managing internal teams as well as external agencies, consultants, and technology

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range of $125,462–$150,000 per year, depending on factors such as skills, experience
