Senior Manager, Workplace

📋 Description

• Own and evolve Strava's global Workplace playbook, standardizing processes, procedures, and
• Manage and grow a team of workplace professionals (currently 3 FTE + 1 contractor) across multiple
• Own the annual global employee experience workplace budget, including landlord relationships and
• Partner with People leadership, IT/Security, and Legal to ensure consistent security and compliance
• Lead day-to-day workplace operations for Strava's San Francisco office (7 floors), including onsite
• Collaborate with workplace coordinators in each office location to implement best practices and

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, or real estate operations, with progressive
• Proven experience managing people, ideally leading distributed or remote teams
• Experience owning workplace or facilities operations across multiple sites or offices
• Experience managing a budget of meaningful scale ($10M+), including vendor and contract negotiation
• Experience with international real estate or lease management is a plus
• Background scaling workplace operations at a fast-growing or expanding company is a plus
