🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading Workplace, Facilities, or Corporate Real Estate in high-growth org.
• Proven success scaling a workplace function with scalable systems and rhythms.
• Strong financial and operational acumen: budgets, contracts, forecasting.
• Experience managing global or multi-country workplace operations with compliance.
• Experience partnering on physical security programs (access, incident response).
• Able to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
