Senior Manual QA Engineer

📋 Description

• Own QA activities across the platform: retrieval accuracy, multilingual outputs, APIs
• Define test strategies and acceptance criteria with BAs and engineering stakeholders.
• Validate AI-driven outputs (RAG/LLM) for accuracy and relevance across use cases.
• Multilingual testing and validation for German, Italian, French, and Dutch environments.
• Conduct API contract testing using Postman and REST-based tools for platform consumers and
• Verify synchronization/writeback, versioning, and deprecation handling.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional QA engineering experience with strong hands-on manual testing.
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as pytest or equivalent.
• Strong API testing knowledge using Postman or REST-based tools.
• Practical experience integrating QA into CI pipelines and development workflows.
• Familiarity with RAG, LLMs, or AI-generated output evaluation is advantageous.
• Experience with multilingual testing, especially German, Italian, French, or Dutch.
