🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering for high-volume electronics or hardware
• Experience leading manufacturing test development from prototype validation through mass production.
• Strong understanding of PCBA manufacturing, functional testing, test fixtures, calibration, and
• Proficiency with electrical laboratory equipment and manufacturing test tools.
• Experience using data analysis and quality methods to improve yield, identify process variation
