📋 Description

• Responsible for the full-process electrical process construction, process implementation and
• Electrical Tooling & Fixture Development, Design electrical assembly aids, positioning
• Electrical Process Optimization, optimize full electrical processes, identify process waste and
• Process Standardization & Document Control. Compile and maintain SOPs, inspection standards and
• Abnormity Analysis & Process Closed-loop Improvement.
• Implement NPI project and know the NPI process. Prepare the tool list, flow chart, SOP before NPI

🎯 Requirements

• College degree or above in Electrical Automation / Mechatronics; minimum 5 years experience in
• Proficient in the whole process of electrical cabinet assembly, machine wiring, equipment joint
• Possess process system construction thinking, able to reduce reliance on personal experience and
• Possess strong capabilities in process optimization, lean improvement and error prevention.
• Candidates with lean process improvement experience in sorting machines or inspection automation
• Strong communication skills, good English skills in reading and writing, ability to communicate
