📋 Description

Partner with Engineering during early builds for NPI support
Develop and maintain MBOMs, Bills of Process, and Work Instructions
Develop and qualify manufacturing processes, fixtures, and tooling
Lead DFM/DFA, PFMEA, and production readiness activities
Own yield, defects, rework, and lead root-cause analysis

🎯 Requirements

Strong background in complex hardware assembly and NPI
Proficiency in CAD (NX preferred)
Experience with DFM/DFA, PFMEA, SPC, DOE
5+ years in Manufacturing Engineering or NPI
Bachelor's in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering
