Senior Manufacturing Engineer

📋 Description

• Own development, build/purchase, and deployment of manufacturing workstations.
• Provide DFM feedback and drive design changes for high-volume production.
• Select and partner with equipment integrators from development to operations.
• Install, commission, and qualify new equipment and fixtures.
• Design, document, and deliver robust safety, uptime, and quality processes.
• Lead debugging and rapid resolution of time-sensitive manufacturing issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of equipment/manufacturing engineering experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
• Direct experience purchasing and setting up automated manufacturing equipment.
• Experience writing SOPs and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience providing DFM/DFA feedback to design engineers.
• Willingness to hands-on build and test workstations and equipment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
