Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Test Operations

📋 Description

• Identify and resolve issues in electro-mechanical manufacturing, ensuring quality.
• Design and implement fixtures and workstations to optimize workflow and quality.
• Analyze processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and elevate product quality.
• Develop and manage BOM, inventory, quality control, non-conforming material, and returns.
• Develop and manage clear, up-to-date assembly work instructions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years manufacturing experience, electro-mechanical assembly or R&D
• Passion for lean manufacturing; implement lean processes and eliminate waste
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks
• Experience leading cross-functional project execution
• Experience with electrochemical devices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field
