Participate in and improve cleanroom manufacturing operations for complex electromechanical assemblies
Create and maintain WIs, SOPs, and other manufacturing documentation
Design test fixtures and tooling for manufacturing/testing optimization
Collaborate across Design, Systems, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain
Train technicians and engineers at in-house and CM sites
Organize manufacturing workflows and ensure safety and regulatory compliance

🎯 Requirements

B.S./M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
8+ years in manufacturing environments
Demonstrated CAD tools to design fixtures/tools
Root-cause analysis to resolve production issues
Technical documentation creation
Statistical tools in data analysis
