Senior Manufacturing Product Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the manufacturing performance behind advanced AI compute systems in volume production.
• Connect product design, test, quality and supply chain with manufacturing execution.
• Support volume production across PCB assembly and L10 system build partners in Taiwan.
• Your work will improve yield, quality and manufacturability across complex products.
• Link manufacturing process performance to product metrics that matter.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong fault diagnosis, problem solving and failure analysis skills, including ICT to SMT debug
• Thorough understanding of PCB assembly processes and lean manufacturing methodologies
• Working knowledge of L10 mechanical design and system build, ideally for HPC products
• Ability to connect silicon, package and PCB interactions into clear DfM feedback
• Experience using continuous improvement methods, including SPC and DOE
• Strong English communication skills for cross-functional, cross-regional and supplier-facing work
