Senior Manufacturing Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with customers to understand operational challenges and success criteria.
• Develop, configure, and implement Tulip solutions with customers.
• Support enterprise projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring on-time outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships across customer orgs, from shop floor to executives.
• Provide ongoing technical support, diagnosing issues and driving resolution.
• Leverage knowledge of OT/IT systems (MES, ERP, device integration) to guide decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in manufacturing/OT with customer-facing project leadership.
• BS in Engineering or similar field.
• Experience with MES/ERP or OT systems; architecture/implementation a plus.
• Experience in system and device integration in manufacturing.
• Proven Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement track record.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
