📋 Description

• Take ownership of end-to-end test readiness for a product line.
• Collaborate across product, ops, and software to roll out tests.
• Design and implement new test equipment for automation.
• Lead investigations using MES data to find root causes.
• Maintain software quality with code reviews and CI.
• Proactively improve processes to be faster, more reliable.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering; 3+ in test development.
• Strong RF fundamentals; debugging RF tests.
• Electrical background; test boards, connectors, cable testers.
• Proficient in Python for test automation.
• Root-cause/failure analysis experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
