📋 Description

• Plan and coordinate map operations projects from request intake and scope definition through
• Monitor the quality and freshness of POI, road, route, geofence, venue, and navigation-related
• Consolidate feedback from users, field activities, and internal stakeholders; validate and
• Coordinate field data collection and vendor operations, including operational readiness, guidance
• Track project progress, backlog, service levels, productivity, and quality control results
• Standardize SOPs and task-tracking processes; use AI tools and automation where appropriate to

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in project or operations management, including at least 1 year
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing scope, timelines, resources
• Ability to analyze operational data, monitor KPIs, and use Google Sheets or Excel to maintain
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and partners; strong Vietnamese
• Experience using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity, streamline workflows
• Experience coordinating vendors or field data collection programs.
