🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Applied Economics, International Development
• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience, ideally between 6 and 10 years, in applied
• Demonstrated experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research and evaluating complex
• Proven ability to transform research findings into structured reports, actionable recommendations
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to present complex
