  • Strong sales & partnerships skills; owns pipeline and negotiates high-value deals.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, structured approach, and analytical skills.
  • Self-starter, autonomous, thrives in high-growth environments.
  • Excellent German and English communication (C2) with cross-functional influence.
