Senior Marketing analyst

📋 Description

• Design the high-level logic, rules, and models used to allocate marketing budgets across products
• Develop and validate Early LTV metrics and models to support intra-week performance marketing
• Build analytical frameworks and tools for performance diagnostics, identifying performance drivers
• Contribute to the development of an internal AI-based analytics tool focused on performance
• Support the unified BI layer through metric definition, data validation, and selected analytical
• Translate analytical findings into actionable business rules, recommendations, and decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis.
• Strong SQL skills, with the ability to independently work with large datasets, develop complex
• Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and experimentation, including the ability to design
• Solid understanding of performance marketing economics and key metrics, including LTV, CAC/CPA
• Ability to develop decision-making models and communicate analytical findings through clear
• Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel.
