📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta and Google.
• Drive lead generation and improve performance through data analysis and A/B testing.
• Monitor campaign metrics, prepare reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to run campaigns and promotions.
• Support roadshows, dealer activations, and on-ground marketing events.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to improve effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in digital or performance marketing.
• Experience managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
• Strong lead generation, optimization, and marketing analytics.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite a plus.
• Willing to work onsite in PITX, Paranaque City.
