Senior Marketing Associate – Search & AI

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day management of SEEK's hirer paid search campaigns across AU and NZ, including bid
• Run structured campaign experiments (bid strategies, structure, ad copy, landing pages) from
• Develop and refine keyword and audience strategy using Google Ads, SA360 and competitive tools
• Analyse campaign performance, contribute to team reporting and dashboards, and present clear
• Lead the Performance Media AI programme, owning the roadmap, prioritisation and coordination across
• Build and maintain AI agents and automations (e.g. Claude, Glean, Google Ads API/MCP) to streamline

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years' digital marketing experience, with strong hands-on paid search management
• Skilled in Google Ads and SA360, with advanced Excel/Google Sheets ability
• Practical experience using generative AI tools (Glean, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini)
• Proven track record running complex search campaigns for large brands with sizeable budgets
• Strong analytical skills, able to turn campaign data into clear insights
• Good understanding of how different marketing channels and customer segments drive business outcomes
