Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5+ years BD/marketing in A/E/C industry preferred.
Proven experience leading complex proposals and marketing strategy.
Proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop; CRM experience (Deltek VantagePoint preferred).
CPSM or APMP certification a plus.
