📋 Description

• Lead the Reinvention Services ecosystem programs activation team and own the end-to-end operating
• Guide teams by sharing leading practices and driving delivery excellence.
• Develop and oversee program playbooks to ensure reusability and scalability.
• Own and deliver select key signature ecosystem programs.
• Drive cross-pollination and alignment across the ecosystem portfolio while steering through the
• Oversee joint message and content development.

🎯 Requirements

• 12-20+ years of experience in partner marketing and/or marketing program management.
• 12-20+ years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, and budgets.
• Experience leading teams and managing budgets with agility, executive influence, and strong change
• Advanced AI proficiency and the ability to integrate AI capabilities within marketing programs and
• Strong people leadership, talent management, stakeholder management, executive presence, and
• Expertise in executive communications writing, presentation delivery, audience segmentation
