📋 Description

• Own marketing compliance end to end by enforcing the standards, review, claims substantiation
• Review consumer-facing material in English and Spanish across channels, including paid social and
• Review Spanish creative on its own terms, ensuring disclosures are equivalent in meaning and
• Take the lead on developing Kikoff's AI-assisted marketing review capability and partner with
• Maintain the policies, procedures, risk tiering, disclosure standards, and channel playbooks, and

🎯 Requirements

• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to review, edit, and give
• 6+ years in compliance, legal, or regulatory review in consumer financial services, including 4+
• Experience owning a marketing review function or program, not just a queue.
• Experience driving automation of a review process and the appetite to specify AI tooling; having
• A strong sense of urgency.
• Working command of the advertising rule set: UDAAP, TILA/Reg Z advertising and trigger terms
