📋 Description

• Review and advise on marketing language across all promotional material, product announcements
• Balance commercial, marketing, compliance, and privacy concerns across advertising campaigns (US

• Act as the embedded legal partner to Marketing and Comms leadership, providing practical

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• 8+ years of relevant experience at a law firm and/or in-house, with meaningful exposure to
• Strong command of advertising and marketing law, including claims substantiation, and consumer
• Working knowledge of privacy and data protection issues relevant to targeted advertising and
• Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate a high volume of marketing commercial agreements
• Excellent judgment, a business-first mindset, and the ability to give clear, practical advice under
