📋 Description

• Analyze large volumes of customer, CRM, media and behavioral data to identify patterns.
• Develop measurement frameworks for pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing.
• Build segmentation models, audience scoring, attribution, and predictive analytics.
• Leverage Python, SQL, AI tools, and workflow automation to speed analytics.
• Translate findings into business language and executive-ready insights.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote curiosity and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in data science, healthcare/pharma marketing analytics, customer analytics, BI and attribution.
• Experience in pharma/healthcare marketing, paid media analytics, CRM, and attribution.
• Python, SQL, statistics, data modeling, predictive analytics, Power BI, ETL.
• Excellent English; lead meetings and deliver exec-level insights.
• Available to work U.S. Eastern Time hours with US-based teams.
