Senior Marketing Lead

📋 Description

• Own the marketing strategy end to end, including planning, prioritization, execution, optimization
• Audit existing marketing activity during the first months and identify the channels, initiatives
• Take full ownership of individual marketing channels, building scalable processes and automating
• Develop and optimize email marketing, landing pages, conversion rate optimization, performance
• Manage and quality-check the work delivered by part-time contractors across content, design
• Build, manage, and scale AI-powered workflows and agents for marketing research, content

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level marketing experience with proven track record of owning strategy and execution across
• Experience marketing a B2C SaaS or subscription product, ideally with ownership across acquisition
• Strong systems-thinking ability and channel experience (email, CRO, landing pages, Google Ads
• Project and delegation skills, briefing contractors and AI agents effectively.
• Hands-on daily use of AI tools and agents for marketing research, content creation, analysis, and
• Native-level American English.
