📋 Description

• Own day-to-day execution across SEO, content, lifecycle email, landing pages, and CRO
• Grow organic acquisition via search opportunities and technical SEO improvements
• Build lifecycle programs across onboarding, nurture, promotional, and re-engagement journeys
• Improve conversions on landing pages and sign-up flows with tests
• Analyze journeys and funnel performance with GA4, GSC, and tools like Ahrefs/Hotjar
• Partner with Product, Paid Media, Creative, Analytics, Eng, and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• Six+ years in B2C growth or digital marketing with ownership across channels
• Hands-on in SEO, content marketing, lifecycle email, landing pages, and optimization
• Record of launching campaigns and experiments with measurable results
• Strong analytical judgment translating data into clear actions
• Ability to work across Product, Paid Media, Creative, Analytics, Eng, and leadership while influencing decisions
• Strong communication and executive presence
