Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years marketing experience; at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proven track record of driving growth through marketing strategies
Strong expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, HubSpot)
Excellent communication and project management skills
Creative, driven mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environment
