📋 Description

• Lead the development of marketing strategy and annual plans for an assigned market
• Monitor market conditions, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics
• Translate market insights into positioning, messaging, content, sales enablement, and integrated
• Lead complex, cross-channel marketing campaigns from concept through execution, measurement, and
• Build agreement and influence priorities across team members
• Develop recommendations for marketing investments and ensure resource focus on high-value activities

🎯 Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in marketing, market strategy, product marketing, or related field
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
• Experience executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns
• Experience managing complex programs from strategy through execution
• Experience with positioning, messaging, content development, audience segmentation, and campaign
• Experience collaborating with partners in a matrixed organization
