• Marketing Skin Care in EMEA Export markets; implement Win in Skin strategy.
• Develop long-term brand expansion plans with distributor network.
• Define and deploy annual Brand/Product/Trade Marketing Plans and GTM strategies.
• Deploy assets and activation plans to distributor partners and monitor execution.
• Train and guide local marketing teams to ensure consistent brand look.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business / Marketing.
• 5+ years of professional marketing experience (beauty industry preferred).
• Experience in strategic planning and market/data analysis.
• Experience across local, regional and global roles.
• Analytical, conceptual and strategic skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills; open to other cultures.
