📋 Description

• Tactical Planning & Alignment: Serve as execution lead for patient and HCP marketing tactics
• Translate brand strategy into execution plans, briefs, and timelines
• Manage tactical plan calendar, ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate with agency partners on deliverables
• Marketing Asset & Content Development: Support asset development (patient education, HCP tools)
• Lead day-to-day tasks for speaker bureau, congress support, webinars, email campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in digital marketing, communications, or product marketing (biotech/pharma/healthcare)
• Proven ability to balance strategic direction with hands-on execution
• Strong project management skills
• Experience managing MLR/promotional review process
• Launch experience in competitive market
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
