📋 Description

• Own Korea GTM marketing for QualityOne, adapting global strategy to local segments.
• Create localized content and sales enablement: Korean whitepapers, exec presentations, campaigns.
• Plan high-touch field programs: executive roundtables, webinars, association events, ABM campaigns.
• Partner with sales to prioritize target accounts and tie marketing to pipeline outcomes.
• Build local market awareness via Korean-language thought leadership and events.
• Manage campaign operations, budget, reporting, using marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B marketing in Korea, ideally in enterprise software/SaaS.
• Experience building demand for a new product/category.
• Strong hands-on field marketing and demand generation (ABM, events, webinars).
• Excellent Korean writing for executive content; professional English for cross-border collaboration.
• Proven ability to align marketing with sales and drive pipeline; CRM/automation experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
