📋 Description

  • Campaign execution across international markets: end-to-end emails, SMS, and journeys.
  • Localize campaigns and templates using HTML/CSS and AMPscript.
  • Create audience segments via data extensions; ensure regional localization.
  • Partner with APAC Regional Head and global teams on calendars and priorities.
  • Manage Journey Builder automation for onboarding, engagement, retention, win-back, renewal.
  • Ensure GDPR, CASL, PDPA compliance for APAC markets.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7 years marketing ops with SFMC across Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder.
  • Proficient in AMPscript and SQL.
  • Strong email deliverability knowledge.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, CASL, PDPA and APAC privacy regs.
  • Growth-minded, revenue-driven.
  • Cultural awareness across regional audiences.
