Senior Marketing Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Build and maintain operational reporting covering funnel performance, lifecycle-stage conversion
• Partner with BI and Data teams to develop dashboards and improve operational analytics across the
• Validate reporting outputs and investigate discrepancies across Salesforce, Marketo, and connected
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities
• Manage lead and contact scoring models based on buying intent, engagement signals, and funnel stage.
• Own lead routing and lead/account matching logic using RingLead, ensuring records are accurately

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or a related data or systems
• Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, operational reporting, and core marketing performance
• Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and the underlying factors that influence funnel and
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo, or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with, or strong aptitude for learning, lead routing, lead scoring, and sales handoff
• Comfort working with data at the individual-record level, including profiling, cleaning
