🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing ops, proposal management, or growth in a professional services firm.
• Experience supporting or executing proposal processes in deadline-driven environments.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards, analytics frameworks, and insights.
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword strategy, metadata optimization, and search visibility.
• Experience developing and managing social media strategy and content calendars.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
