Senior Material Flow Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and sustain material flow processes for production.
• Develop and maintain PFEP to optimize storage, transport, and replenishment.
• Analyze layouts to optimize material movement, ergonomics, and space.
• Establish min/max inventory, Kanban, and replenishment strategies.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, and warehouse teams.
• Support cycle counts and improve inventory accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building material flow systems in manufacturing.
• PFEP development and maintenance expertise.
• Facility and warehouse layouts and point-of-use delivery design.
• Inventory management: min/max, Kanban, safety stock, replenishment.
• WMS/ERP/MRP systems and inventory controls.
• CAD-based process maps and data analysis with Excel/SQL/Power BI/Python.
